Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: While we ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be refunded for returns.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blouses that have been tried on without protective clothing
  • Lehengas that have been tried on without protective clothing

These items must show absolutely no signs of wear, makeup, or perfume to be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photo of the item(s) in original condition

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely including:

  • The original packing slip
  • A copy of your return authorization email

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you of the status.

Refund Information

Timing:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • For exchanges, we’ll process your new order once the return is received

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for:

  • A different size of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for the item value
